By registering and paying for the AstraFXPro Forex Workshop ("Workshop"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Workshop Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive a workshop link via email. This link is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. AstraFXPro does not store any card or payment information. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, charts, and materials shared during the workshop are the intellectual property of AstraFXPro and Tejapov. Recording, reproducing, or distributing workshop content is strictly prohibited.

4. No Financial Advice

The workshop is for educational purposes only. Nothing shared constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

5. Modification

AstraFXPro reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the workshop. In case of cancellation by AstraFXPro, a full refund will be issued.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refund

All cancellation requests must be initiated through our platform, and refund-related queries should be sent to tejapov.business@gmail.com

If you notice any duplicate or unfamiliar charges, you can also contact our team directly at 9951139299 via call or WhatsApp. Our team will assist you promptly.

Email us at tejapov.business@gmail.com with your name, registered email, and Razorpay payment ID. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days to your original payment method.

1. Duplicate Payments & Multiple Charges

- Any duplicate or incorrect charge will be refunded without unnecessary delays. - If you’ve been charged more than once for the same service, contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll verify your transaction. -These cases are eligible for refunds for up to 2 months from the date of payment. - Payments older than 3 months will not be eligible for refunds due to delayed reporting.

2. Disputes & Chargebacks

- By purchasing from Astrafxpro or through any of our representatives, you agree to this policy. - We reserve the right to challenge any chargeback or dispute that does not align with this policy. - Before initiating a dispute, we strongly recommend contacting us so we can review and resolve your issue directly.

4. No Refund Policy

Astrafxpro, along with its workshop conducted by Tejapov, offers digital products, training programs, and mentorship services. These are intangible goods delivered digitally, and therefore: They cannot be returned or exchanged Once accessed, they are considered consumed, so they are final even if you cant attend the workshop there is no way to refund. Think before buying. Why No Refunds? All materials, mentorship, and knowledge are made available immediately after purchase. Since the value is delivered instantly, it cannot be reversed or reclaimed. This ensures fairness and consistency for all participants.
